incoming cold front will lead to the possibility of locally heavy
rain and flooding.
...FLASH FLOOD WATCH IN EFFECT FROM FRIDAY MORNING THROUGH EARLY
SATURDAY MORNING...
The National Weather Service in Louisville has issued a
* Flash Flood Watch for central Kentucky.
* From Friday morning through early Saturday morning
* A cold front coming in from the northwest will join forces with
the remnants of Tropical Storm Cindy to produce widespread rain,
possibly heavy.

Information:
A Flash Flood Watch means that conditions may develop that lead
to flash flooding. Flash flooding is a very dangerous situation.
You should monitor later forecasts and be prepared to take action
should Flash Flood Warnings be issued.
